•  1 screen or TV monitor in the room
•  1 flipchart with paper and pens
•  1 moderator’s case
•  Free WiFi use
•  Set up for each participant (conference block, pen)

We also offer you the following conference technology for a fee:

• Headset price on request
• Public address / microphone system including a wireless handheld or clip-on microphone
